Commercial building construction in the heart of Bahria town Lahore’s commercial sector C. Project was designed by Design wing of Bahria town Lahore and construction was carried out under the expert supervision of Team Overc’s. Unlike houses which are build as brick structure, commercial buildings are constructed as frame structure i-e column beam structure. Frame structured buildings can be modified internally at any required stages since internal walls do not bear the load and can be removed anytime for modifications. Load of the building is carried by columns and beams.
