House Construction finishing cost for finishing works in 2019
Its been almost an year since last time Team Overc’s published grey structure & finishing construction cost 2017 articles and videos, response that we got on these two articles and videos was overwhelming and encouraging that helped and guided hundreds of Pakistanis specially expatriates/overseas Pakistanis. Many other topics and issues were also addressed in form of articles and videos however cost videos were the major hits both on our Youtube channel and on google rankings. 2018 has proved to be the year of change in Pakistan, things including political scenarios have completely changed which has had a great impact on economy, resulting in overall change in prices in all fields. If we talk about house construction industry, each and every material required during construction of a house witnessed an increase in prices, either it be bricks, steel, cement, tiles, wood, ceramics, labor, finishing materials etc. Overall grey structure construction cost of a house in 2018 has gone up by 10-12 % as compared to 2017, however finishing cost witnessed more increase and has gone up by almost 20 % which we will explain in this blog in form of a video as well as written article.
Labor contract
A contract in which owner procures material and supervises labor on self help basis. A labor contractor is responsible for arranging required labor to carry out construction procedures. House Construction cost is this case is all in hands of owner himself. Final house construction cost will depend upon how well the owner has managed construction process both in regards of material procurement and labor procurement. In this video we will discuss construction cost for this method.

-Switchboards in any China brand in which 6/8 gang price range is up to Rs 800
-Exhaust fans Kitchens & Baths in any good brand price range up to Rs 2300/fan
-Wall fancy lights 2 in each room price range up to Rs 1000 each
-UPS wiring in same material used for general wiring
-Intercom standard voice only up to Rs 3500
-Outdoor lights 2 on each side price range up to Rs 1000 each
-Fanoos/Chandelier for DD & TV lounge price range up to Rs 15000 each

could anyone among you send me complete house construction agreement with client, payment schedule in %age, which part has to be include in contract agreement and which part of building has to be deducted.. What rate should be given to that deducted area.

Aa. All your construction videos are based on brick structure, what if i wish to build a house using concrete blocks, double skinned with a cavity and insulation.. is this suitable and possible and does it bring the cost down or increases it?
In that case you will require frame structure construction (columns beams structure). Yes it is possible but the cost will be significantly on higher side.
In the above estimate of 2019 total approximate price total cost is given 4,617,200. Is this only the labor charges without material?
