Dear Team, in 10 Marla double story houses, why you are not using RCC columns? Is it makes more difference in cost? which one is more strong and life lasting RCC or bricks? Thanks

Dear Faisal, residential construction in Central and lower Punjab is done using complete brick structure technique. When we move slightly towards upper punjab i-e Jehlum and onwards, then construction technique even for residential projects is frame structure (column beam structure). But commercial buildings in central and lower Punjab are done using frame structure technique.
Frame structure buildings are slightly high in cost as compared to brick structure buildings and are definitely strong and life lasting. But brick structure technique is being used since ages in this region and houses are safe and strong since.
